Sananga eyedrops are a sacred and potent medicine used by the Amazonian tribes for healing of both the physical and spiritual bodies.
Traditionally, the tribes would use Sananga as a hunting tool to sharpen the eyes before going out into the jungle, to ensure a quick and successful quest.
Sananga should be worked with in a ceremonial setting to purify the physical and spiritual vision, utilizing intention and prayer. It is often used in tandem with hapé, kambo, or in preparation for work with other master plants.
1. Create ceremonial space by lighting some copal or sage, putting on some music, and turning off any electronics.
2. Meditation, breathwork, and prayer practice for at least 20 minutes before application to prepare.
3. Apply one drop to each eye (either eyes open or closed), can apply to the corners of the inner eyes and blink eyes to allow medicine to disperse
4. Sit in silence for 15-20 minutes and feel the effects. Initial burning sensation is normal and will wear off in the first few minutes.
Sananga has a 6 month shelf life when kept refrigerated. Please note your bottle should never be out of the refrigerator for more than 48 hours. If you ever open your bottle and it smells funky, do not use it. Also if there is ever any unknown objects or fungi floating around in your bottle, do not use it. Sananga is fresh plant matter with no preservatives and so it can go bad quickly.
