  • Strong creative strategy, ideation, and campaign planning experience;
  • Manage creative team on high-level art and video content creation;
  • Know how to build and tell the stories that resonate with social audiences (multi-channel & format);
  • Network of freelance Creatives and Creators;
  • Expert knowledge of video content creation, editing, sound mixing, across various video formats;
  • Experience working with spiritual, mission-driven, holistic, or wellness brands is a+.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing across all channels;
  • Campaign planning for organic and paid;
  • Creative and/or brand strategy;
  • Project and campaign management;
  • Familiarity with performance marketing;
  • Experience working with spiritual, mission-driven, holistic, or wellness brands is a+.
  • Lead cross-promotional efforts, seeding and growing new relationships with like-minded guests and other podcasts, as well as nurturing and maintaining existing relationships;
  • Work with the Four Visions’ Leadership Team on the development of episode themes and new guest strategies;
  • Spearhead new guest outreach in coordination with the internal podcast team;
  • Lead podcast marketing strategy, working with internal and external partners to build compelling campaigns, increasing awareness and garnering collaborative opportunities;
  • Work with internal and external marketing teams to coordinate the creation of design and video assets for podcast features, social posts, and cross-promotion;
  • Pitch ideas and write scripts for cross-promotional spots, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery;
  • Lead and operationalize podcast sponsorship strategy, including presenting like-minded partners, developing media kits, and spearheading outreach;
  • Build and maintain relationships with podcast platform partners.
  • Experience generating and managing publicity for a spiritual, mission-driven, holistic, or wellness brand;
  • Garner speaking engagements and press for company leadership;
  • Create press releases, press kits, media materials;
  • Write speeches, quotes, company statements;
  • Plan, organize, and execute events and conferences;
  • Strong relationships with media outlets;
  • Excellent track record of quality placements;
  • Familiarity with plant medicine is a+.
  • Experience in inventory and product management for a D2C ecommerce company ranging from $10M to $15M in Sales, with a high product volume;
  • Experience growing and scaling ecommerce companies, logistics, processes, hiring, training;
  • Oversee the ecommerce back-end inventory system and e-commerce store;
  • Oversee product / inventory counts;
  • Full spectrum supply chain management;
  • Warehouse team management, hiring, and training;
  • Experience with Shopify and Finale (Inventory System) is a+.
  • Picking, packing, and boxing products for delivery to customers;
  • Filling containers with product;
  • Prior warehouse floor experience is a+.
