There are many different types of chondur: Warmi Chondur (Woman's Chondur), Tigre Chondur (Tiger Chondur), and Wayura Chondur are just a few. Chondur can be added to healing lotions, plant baths, or as a soplo. Traditionally, chondur is given to the student by the Taita or Shaman once the student has gone through various initiations. Preparation:Distill 1 oz of root in 16 oz of quality alcohol for 30 days. You can then add the liquid to your plant baths and healing lotions. Alternatively, you can add the chondur root directly into the plant baths or healing lotions, however distilling it first will extract its full potency.
