In the physical body, the bobinsana is a plant that helps with arthritis and inflammation, physical pain and aches in the body. In the emotional body it works on the nervous system, harmonizing and balancing. Just like the bobinsana, deeply rooted in the earth, we must learn to live this way in our lives, in our work, in our projects, and in our life purpose.
Bobinsana Tinture:
20 drops twice a day, upon rising and before you go to sleep. Before you take the tincture, open the bottle, blow softly into the tincture, and through your breath, information is transmitted to the spirit of Bobinsana that she can receive and utilize to bring you the cosmic information that you will go deciphering throughout your studies.
For accessing dream time studies, it is best to meditate for 20 minutes or so before taking your tincture, and immediately go to sleep. In the morning, journaling or writing down any dreams and messages that you remember is helpful. Place your intention for the day and take the tincture again upon rising.
All our tinctures can be diluted in water or juice if the taste is not amenable to you.

Bobinsana Hapé:
Set & Setting: Create ceremonial space to commune with this medicine.Take time in meditation beforehand to set your intention.
Application: Hapé can be self-administered using a V-shaped self-applicator pipe, known as a ‘Kuripe’ pipe which connects the mouth to the nostrils. It can also be administered by another person using a large blow pipe, called a ‘Tepi’, which connects the blower’s mouth to the other person’s nostrils.
Use: Start with a dime sized amount to begin your practice. Pour the medicine into your palm, say a prayer and align with the spirit of the hapé . Next, scoop half of the hapé into the nose end of the pipe and gently tap it with a finger to settle the powder into the kuripe’s v-shaped elbow. With the Kuripe loaded, inhale a deep breath and hold it while placing the correct ends of the pipe comfort-ably into the left nostril and between lips. With eyes closed gently exhale the breath, blowing the hapé up the left nostril first, and then the right.
After you have applied, sit for 5-10 minutes in meditation, feeling the effects. Always work with this plant ally in a ceremonial setting, in reverence and prayer. Hapé should never be consumed habitually or socially.
Dosage can be increased after prolonged use once one becomes more accustom to working with this medicine and has built a relationship with the plant and hapé as a spiritual tool.
