The Ritual ~

1. Prepare your amor plant bath & heart opening teas.
2. Create a sacred space. Light a candle, put on some music, and sit facing one another. Burn the palma dulce to activate and consecrate the ritual, affirming a safe, authentic and vulnerable container.
3. Drink the heart opening tea together. Either sit in sacred silence or begin sharing prayers, hopes and dreams for your union. Intentional dialogue can be fortified by the continued burning of the palma dulce.
4. Apply the plant bath over one another. As one partner pours the bath all over the other, say a prayer, sing a song, or another form of praise and devotion. Then switch, so that both partners receive.
5. Close with a body oiling ritual with the sejé. Again, take turns giving and receiving. Take time together to feel the intimacy + closeness created through this practice of connection, giving thanks for your union and for the healing power of love.

Heart Opening Tea:Bobinsana Leaves, Cuyangillas, Red Rose Petals (Rosa), Tulsi (Ocimum Tenuiflorum, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum).

Sejé Oil:Extract of the fruit of the sejé palm, 5% sunflower oil to maintain liquid stable.
