Shipping

We carefully pack and ship all orders from our warehouse in Northern California, delivering to all U.S. states and most international destinations.
U.S. Orders
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders
International shipments include global tracking and typically arrive within 14–21 days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Please note:
  • International shipments are sent DDU (duties and taxes unpaid)
  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays beyond our control
Each country has unique import regulations, so we recommend reviewing your local customs guidelines before placing your order. If an international package is refused, undeliverable, or returned, any associated return shipping or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Eligibility
  • Within 14 days of delivery → refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Within 60 days of delivery → exchange or store credit
To ensure product safety and integrity, we’re unable to accept returns on used or opened items, including opened consumables or used applicators.

Return Shipping
At checkout, you may add Return Coverage for free return shipping.
  • If coverage was purchased, you’ll receive a prepaid return label through our portal
  • If not, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
