Each one of these master plant tinctures are potent healing allies and powerful teachers. We recommend working with one at a time at first to study each plant spirit and form a relationship with each one. You can do anywhere from one week each, to a 30 day dieta with each plant.

After you have established a relationship with all four of these sacred plant teachers, you can intuitively begin to cultivate a routine, integrating these botanicals into your life.

Ambi Sacha: 1-2 dropperfulls 1-2x per day, at morning upon rising for physical wellbeing and integration, and at night before bedtime for dreamtime studies and spiritual expansion.

Bobinsana: 20 drops twice a day, upon rising and before you go to sleep. For accessing dream time studies, it is best to meditate for 20 minutes or so before taking your tincture, and immediately go to sleep. In the morning, journaling or writing down any dreams and messages that you remember is helpful. Place your intention for the day and take the tincture again upon rising.

Chiricaspi: 1-2 dropperfulls 1-2x per day, at morning upon rising for intention setting, and at night before bedtime to welcome the spiritual benefits of the plant into your heart while you sleep.

Chuchuhuasi: 1-2 dropperfulls up to three times per day. More regular use for physical health, immune system fortification, and defenses. When working with the plant for spiritual studies, it is recommended before bedtime. It is best to meditate for 20 minutes or so before taking your tincture, connecting with the spirit of the Chuchuhuasi, and immediately go to sleep following consumption.


Before you take any of these tincture, open the bottle, blow softly into the tincture, and through your breath, information is transmitted to the spirit of the plant that it receives and utilizes to bring you the cosmic information that you are needing.
