The benefits of plant baths are immense, and we highly recommend incorporating plant baths into your spiritual hygiene practice. You can also buy fresh herbs and make the baths yourself. Our prepackaged baths are ready to use, formulated by traditional botanists and healers.

To Make The Plant Baths:

Boil a big pot (about 1 gallon) of water and pour in the sweet herbs. As you add the herbs, place your prayers and intentions into the bath, dialoguing with the plants to open the portal for the plant technologies to begin to work with your spirit. Reduce to a simmer for about an hour. Take off the pot and let cool, then strain the bath.

To apply, use one cup of bitter bath every time you shower. Towel dry and then pour the sweet bath over your body and let it air dry, allowing the plants to seep into your pores. Recommended to apply twice a day.

Do this with prayer & intention, calling forth the power of the plants to support you in your spiritual process. You can ask the bitter plants to bring you protection, help you to ground in your prayers, and extract any bitterness, sadness, or heaviness from your being. Our plant baths is designed to make approximately one gallon of bath. Each bath will last approximately 7-10 days if applying twice a day as recommended. Leave bath in the fridge and take out a cup at a time to maintain freshness. You can also add some hot water to bring temperature of bath to warm.

It is recommended to ALWAYS follow up a bitter bath protocol with a sweet bath protocol. After we remove the bitterness, we then infuse sweetness to complete the process. Always do sweet baths for the same amount of days that you do the bitter baths to bring balance.

You can either use the bitter plant baths first and then the sweet plants, or you can follow The Four Visions Plant Bath Protocol:
