In Amazonian spiritual practices, Coquindo seeds are used to invite sweetness and abundance into one's life, nourishing the spiritual, emotional, and physical bodies in unique ways. The seeds' sweet, spicy aroma is unlike anything you have ever smelled. These seeds are difficult to come by as they can only be harvested once per year, and we are thrilled to share this rare Amazonian plant medicine with our Four Visions Family. Because of its potent healing properties, Coquindo is a wonderful plant ally to work with during prayer and meditation, as well as for rituals and spiritual offerings.

Cuyangillas: To make as a tea, add 1 tablespoon of plant (FYI it is a type of grass so it is very stringy but the entire plant can be used) to 8 oz of boiling water and let simmer for 15 min. Strain and enjoy.
For external use, add to lotions and plant baths with intention.

Destrancadera: Make as a plant bath. Add herbs to 2 quarts of boiling water and let simmer for 30 min. Strain and let cool. You can then either use it as a plant bath daily, or put in a spray bottle and use it to cleanse yourself, your home, and your possessions. It can also be used as a smudging agent or to make offerings as part of spiritual payments designed to restore balance and catalyze a shift in your relationship with abundance and success.

Coquindo Seeds: These sacred seeds can be added to healing lotions, plant baths, tinctures, made into teas, or used in offerings and part of your altar. Incredibly potent, use 3-4 seeds at a time.

Coquindo Roll On: Apply to the heart, palms of the hands, third-eye, or anywhere else you feel called during meditation and prayer.
