It is often said that for those who work with plant medicines, 50% of the spiritual transformation takes place during the ceremony, and the other 50% takes place during the process of integration that follows. Navigating the process of translating the healing received from the plants into embodied wisdom is not as easy as one might think. The tools in this set are designed to support your prayer ritual and your spiritual practice in the weeks and months following a plant medicine ceremony.

The first 30 days following a ceremony is a special, intimate time of study and the most critical period to ground in the teachings, insights and wisdom. It is a form of spiritual diet and a time to cultivate the sensitivity and our open channel with nature.

Through working with the plant baths, microdose tincture, lotion, and Ambi Puncha, you will create a spiritual hygiene routine that will allow you to maintain your daily dialogue with Creator, working diligently to manifest and bring into reality the visions, insights, and guidance from the plant medicines.

Prepare your bitter bath following the instructions on the package and do 10 days of bitter plant baths. Follow this up with the sweet plant baths for 10 days. When you prepare the baths, as well as when you go to apply them, place your intention and prayers into the liquid, giving gratitude and asking for support from the plant kingdom.

Every night before going to bed, take 6-10 drops of the Yagé Microdose Tincture to support your connection to the spirit world during your dreamtime. Place your prayers into the bottle before taking it. If you feel called, the Ambi Sacha Tincture can also be used in the morning upon rising to ground in the teachings and support you in intention-setting for your day.

Open your daily meditation practice by smudging yourself, allowing your intuition to guide you to which smudging tool to use. Return to your intentions and reflect on the progress of your integration work, gaining clarity on what needs to be done to continue fulfilling the lessons and insights given to you from your ceremonies.

Apply the Traditional Healing Lotion all over the body at the beginning or end of each prayer practice.

The Ambi Puncha is to be used in moments of intensity where you feel the energy of the plants very strongly, or are feeling overwhelmed by the day-to-day responsibilities of coming back to the 3D world after your visionary journey. It can also be used before bed to calm the thoughts and relax the body for sleep.
