Shilajit:
Using a small spoon, measure out your desired dose of Shilajit resin (recommend 0.5 grams). Place into a cup of warm water, tea or coffee to dissolve. Recommended daily use for best results, as part of your morning wellness routine.

Guarana:
Add 1 teaspoon to smoothies, morning beverage, juice, or mix in water for a natural energy boost that will keep you going all day.
Recommended 1-2x per day.

Chuchuhuasi:
Recommended to drink as a tea. Bring water to a boil, add 1-2 tsp bark per serving, and let boil for 20 minutes. Let cool & strain.

If desiring to work with Chuchuhuasi in a more focused context, consider making a decoction by doubling amount of bark per dose and letting simmer for 30 min. Drink twice a day, morning and evening, connecting to your intentions and placing prayers to the sacred tree of strength. Additionally, making a plant bath with Chuchuhuasi is recommended for pain relief related to muscles, joints, and alleviation of inflammation.

Copaiba Extract:
External Use:
~ As a muscle relaxant and to support cardiovascular health, kidney health, or to promote weight loss, infuse 1-2 drops of extract in coconut or sesame oil and massage all over the body once per day.
~ For respiratory issues such as asthma or bronchitis, or for emotional support (anti-anxiety & calming), diffuse 2-3 drops in a diffuser two times per day.
~ To combat blemishes and provide general beautification of the skin, infuse 1-2 drops in your favorite facial cream or in coconut oil and apply topically for a smooth complexion.
~ Add 2-3 drops of oil to a hot bath to soothe sore muscles

Internal Use:
~ For digestive support & to fortify the immune system, take 1 drop of extract twice per day. You can put it in your morning smoothie or coffee, or take it in a glass of water.

Before taking the extract, we invite you to use intentionality by opening the bottle and placing your prayers into the botanical. You can blow gently and through your breath, information is transmitted to the plants that they receive and utilize to bring you the support that you need.

Best stored at room temperature to help maintain its liquidity. If extract hardens due to drop in temperature, you can simply place closed bottle in a bowl of warm water to liquify.
