Amazonian King Nettle Ortiga Tincture: Take one dropper, 1-2x per day. All our tinctures can be diluted in water or juice if the taste is not amenable to you. Before taking the tincture, we invite you to use intentionality by opening the bottle and placing your prayers into the botanical. You can blow gently and through your breath, information is transmitted to the plants that they receive and utilize to bring you the support that you need.
Pegote: Using a recipient such as a copaleiro or cauldren, place a small piece of Pegote upon a burning charcoal to let the smoke burn. Smudge yourself, your home, and altar space.
It is recommended to do a heavy smudging with Pegote with all doors and windows of your space closed, and then open the windows and doors when you complete the prayer.
Anima Zarandango: Place a handful of leaves in 16 oz of boiling water and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Use this infusion along with other plants and herbs for a plant bath or to add into a healing lotion.
