Our Vitality Teas are uniquely formulated to help activate the force of Nature within, to nourish and renew, and to support the activation of inner vitality and wellbeing. Each blend is a thoughtfully curated blend of the leaves, flowers, roots, and barks of special plant allies to support you in renewal, reinvigoration, balance, and strength.

Women's Vitality Tea: Our prayer is that you may awaken the divine feminine energy within you, the seat of your own empowerment and strength, whenever you may need to soften.

Men's Vitality Tea: Our prayer is that you may nurture the divine masculine within you, a steady, loving energy to bring you fortitude and protection whenever you may need to access it.

Best used in the morning or evening to support your physical wellbeing and connection to Spirit.

Women's Vitality Tea: Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup of water and steep for 5-8 minutes before straining. Recommended water temperature is 212° F.

Men's Vitality Tea: Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup, simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat. You may cover and decoct 20 minutes for added benefits.
